ACNE SCARS

Acne Scars are the permanent marks left on the face, mainly the cheeks by acne that has not been treated properly. They could be pigmentary changes, pits or both.

Solution : After ensuring adequate medical treatment, we treat the pigmentary changes with chemical peels and the pits with Dermaroller, Dermapen, Microneedling Radiofrequency (MnRF) or Fractional CO2 laser. Usually a combination treatment is planned as per the patient's needs.

Microneedling RF uses fine needles and radiofrequency waves to create microwounds or channels in the skin that triggers the production of capillaries, elastin, and collagen. It is also called skin needling or collagen induction therapy.

FINE LINES & WRINKLES

Most of us wish we could slow down the effects ageing has on our looks – and maybe even get a few years back in the process.

The two kinds of wrinkles are dynamic and static. Dynamic wrinkles are those which are present on the forehead, frown lines and crows feet on the corners of the eyes. Static lines run from the nose to the mouth and are called laugh lines or the nasolabial folds. Other examples are drooping corners of the mouth or mentolabial folds.

Solution: Dynamic wrinkles are treated with Botulinum Toxin injections for the upper face. This is one of the most popular, safe and time-tested cosmetic procedure being done globally.

Fillers in a single session restore volume and fill the laugh lines. The concept of ageing is based on volume loss and gravity, both of which are now the key factors responsible for the ageing face.
